Born and raised in Donetsk, Ukraine, Hanna Perekhoda is a Phd candidate in history at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland and a member of the he Swiss-based Committee of Solidarity with the Ukrainian People and with the Russian Opponents of the War. A collection of her articles can be found here. Catherine Samary is an economist and socialist activist in France. She has written many articles and books on the evolution of the so-called ‘socialist countries’ in the East of Europe and is involved in solidarity activism with Ukraine. She has a website at csamary.fr.
